| Peter Dummer has recently joined Kenlyn Kennels. He brings from Germany 23 years of experience in Obedience, Agility, Problem solving, and all levels of Schutzhund training. His first dog was a German Shepherd that he trained to over 50 titles but has worked with many breeds including Belgium Malinois, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and various terriers. |

| Petra Raffe, wife of Peter Dummer, also recently joined Kenlyn Kennels. When Petra was 18 years old, she trained her first dog, a German Shepherd / Husky mix, to many titles including a SchH1. Her next dog, a German Shepherd, taught Petra that every dog is different and gave her a good foundation for learning different ways to train different dogs, including dogs that have been called "difficult". |

Petra and Peter offer 4-week seminars for puppies and young dogs that focus on socialization, housebreaking, chewing, and other topics common to this early stage of dog development. In order to provide an individual and effective focus, classes are limited to 5 dogs each and are held for 1 hour each day (typically in the evening) over the 4-week class session. |

They also offer a 6-week seminar for family dogs and their owner who would like to teach their dogs basic obedience commands such as sit, down, come, and heel. |

Peter and Petra also offer individual training at your home for behavior problems and training security dogs. Private lessons for more advanced obedience training are also available.

They can title a dog from BH (Begleithund) to SchH3 (Schutzhund), including basic obedience and special obedience skills such as dumbbell work or send outs. They also specialize in tracking, article work and building more drive in protection work.
