We wish to make your pet's stay with us a pleasant experience for your pet - and for you. In order to do that, we do have some important considerations for the well-being of your pet such as vaccinations and additional services while your pet is with us.

We believe it best for our pet guests to be closed for a few hours each day. This "Quiet Time" provides relaxation for your pet since, as you know, many animals get excited during arrivals or departures. It also provides a relaxed atmosphere for pre-discharge grooming.

We are pleased to be able to offer the following additional services for your pet while they are with us:

• Boarding dogs from the same household together
• Additional daily play time in our large exercise areas
• Bathing and grooming before your return
• Daily obedience training with a professional instructor
• Individual training
• Show training and conditioning
• Refresher training offered to training customers while boarding
